Brewery District Fiserv+Gym+Parking

This Tranquil Accommodation is located in the historic Pabst bottling department and features original Cream City brick and exposed columns and beams. Building amenities include a fitness center, food court, vending machines, theater, and community kitchen with free Starbucks coffee machine.

The space: HVAC systems are controlled by the building's management company and settings cannot be adjusted by guests, however the building has central heat and A/C and maintains comfortable levels of each throughout the year. A space heater and room fan are also provided for convenience.

Because the building is primarily operated as student housing, the living spaces are relatively compact. However, we've still made space for two work desks, a dining table, and flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience.

Each bedroom includes a full size bed which is a size smaller than a typical queen size bed but can still comfortably sleep two.

- In the heart of the historic brewery district

- 3 blocks to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets

- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University

Parking:

- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival

- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $20/day (and increases during events)

- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one

- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7'2" which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans

Other things to note:

- The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a low curb but it does not have a traditional tub

- The community laundry room requires prepaid cards. You can purchase a new card for $5 and the cards have a $10 reload minimum. The cost per load for washers and dryers is $1.75 each

Early check-in:

- Accommodations will be made for self check-in anytime after 1pm

- All requests are subject to availability

Requirements:

1. Agree to our House Rules

2. Verify your identity by uploading a government-issued ID and selfie through our ID verification partner

3. Pay a $200 refundable security deposit. Deposit is payable online only and refund is issued after check-out assuming no damage, missing items, or broken House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement

House Rules:

1. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses

2. No smoking ($250 fee)

3. Quiet time after 10pm

4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others

5. $40 charge for unreturned keys
